Your people want to help. Give them a list.
One link. Dinners, night shifts, errands and visits that your people sign up for with just their name. No app, no account for them.
Free for every family. Takes two minutes. Private until you share it.
An example. Tap "I'll take this" to see what your people would see.
Three good first steps
Three steps, then dinner shows up.
- Tap what would help. Dinners, night shifts, errands, a sitter. We fill in the usual; you change anything.
- Send one link. The group chat, the grandparents, the shower invitation, a card on the table.
- They claim, you rest. A first name is all it takes. No account, no app. You see who's coming and when.
Conversations happening now
Real members, real questions. Peer support is not medical advice, and it still helps.
Get out of the house. No pressure.
Coffee meetups, stroller walks, virtual support groups and nights for dads and partners. Plans that understand naps happen.
Mothers deserve more attention after birth, not less.
Postpartum+ grew out of a family learning the care system in real time, at the moment they had the least capacity to. We are building the calm, honest guide we wish had existed, for moms, dads and partners, solo parents and everyone who loves them.
Honest conversations, no judgment
Ask the 3 a.m. question. Share the win. Find people in the same stage. Peer support is not medical advice, and it still makes a difference.
Find postpartum care near you
Search real provider directories for therapists, psychiatry, treatment programs, lactation support, pelvic floor therapy, doulas and childcare. We explain the options; you and your providers decide.
What outpatient, IOP, PHP, residential and inpatient actually mean
Levels of care describe how much structure and support a program provides. They are not a grade of how "bad" things are, and people do not always move through them in order. A clinical team recommends the right level; this page helps you understand the words.
Compare options side by side
Keep the details that change family life in one private place: level of care, schedule, insurance, family involvement and childcare.
Help should not stop at "your insurance denied it."
The Family Assistance Fund is being built to help families overcome practical barriers to care: treatment costs, childcare, transportation and other verified needs, through a transparent application and review process.
Plain-language guides and trusted help
Short, honest guides for every part of postpartum, plus the organizations we trust. Written by the Postpartum+ team, checked against public guidance from organizations such as ACOG, AAP, NIMH and PSI, and never a substitute for your own care team.
You can love your baby and still find this hard.
Your body is healing, your sleep is gone and your mood has a mind of its own. Here is what's common, what helps, and when to call someone, in plain words. Other moms who get it, and a plan so the people around you actually help.

Supporting someone you love can be hard too.
You can care deeply about your partner and still feel lost, scared or exhausted. These guides are practical, specific and written for you. Nothing here requires you to become the clinician.

You want to help. Here's how to actually help.
Grandparents, siblings, friends, neighbors and chosen family make an enormous difference after a birth, when the help is the right kind. These guides are short, specific and honest about what makes things harder.

Decide who does what at home, before everyone is exhausted.
Ten minutes, together: nights, food, visitors, the warning signs you'll all watch for, and the numbers to have ready. It saves as you type. Print it, or share it by link.
Let your people help.
One place for the help around you: the dinners, nights and errands people sign up for with just a name, who's bringing what and when, and the plan at home for nights, visitors and the numbers to have ready.
How strong is your village?
Eight honest questions about the weeks after the baby, sixty seconds, a score out of eight, and the gaps to close this week. Take it before the birth if you can.
Postpartum+ is free. All of it.
There is no paid membership. Every tool that keeps a family organized comes with a free account, for you and everyone helping you.
No parent should navigate postpartum alone.
Postpartum+ was created from a simple belief: no parent should have to navigate the postpartum period feeling alone, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn.
Trust has to be designed into the product.
Postpartum+ touches mental health and family life. These are the commitments we build against.
How we write our guides.
Who writes the Postpartum+ guides, what they are checked against, how AI is used, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Be useful to families, not intrusive.

Community Guidelines
How we keep the Postpartum+ community kind, honest and safe for people at a vulnerable time.
Last updated September 30, 2026. Questions? Contact us.
People come here on some of the hardest days of their lives. These guidelines exist so that the community is worth coming back to. They apply everywhere on Postpartum+: discussions, replies, circles and their posts, comments, polls, profiles, events and messages.
The short version
- Be kind. Disagree with ideas, never attack people or their parenting.
- Your own hard days are welcome here. Meet struggling people with care, and never encourage self-harm.
- Share experiences, not prescriptions: no diagnosing, and no telling people to start or stop treatment.
- Keep other people's details and photos private, including partners and babies.
- No threats, hate, sexual content, scams or selling.
- If someone seems unsafe, point them to 988 or 911 and report the post so we can help.
Be kind and respectful
Assume the person you're replying to is exhausted and doing their best, because they probably are. Feeding, sleep, work, medication and birth choices are personal. Share what worked for you without implying someone else is doing it wrong.
Disagreement is allowed. Harassment is not.
You can disagree, even strongly, and say why. Keep it about the idea. Insults, name-calling, mocking someone's parenting, telling someone they don't deserve their child, piling on, or following someone around the site are harassment.
No hate or targeted abuse
No attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or family situation. No slurs, and no content that calls any group less than human.
No threats or glorification of violence
No threats, no urging anyone to hurt someone, and no celebrating violence. Venting about a hard night is human; threatening a person is not. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911.
Support people who are struggling
Talking about your own depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, suicidal thoughts, loss, trauma or abuse is always welcome here. That is what this community is for, and it never breaks a rule. Meet people who are struggling with care, not judgment. Never encourage, instruct or mock someone about self-harm or suicide.
If someone writes that they want to die, can't keep themselves or their baby safe, or seems confused or out of touch with reality, reply with care, share the 988 number, and use Report, choosing Self-harm concern. A person on our team looks quickly, and the member gets a private note with support resources that never says anyone reported them. We are not an emergency service: if you believe someone is in immediate danger and you know where they are, call 911.
No sexual exploitation or explicit content
No explicit sexual content, sexual harassment or unwanted sexual messages. Bodies, breastfeeding, birth injuries, recovery and sex after birth are normal health topics here, and talking about them is fine.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation
Anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a child is removed immediately, handled only by people trained and authorized for it, and reported as the law requires. Accounts that post it are closed. See child safety.
Don't expose anyone's private information
Don't share anyone's address, phone number, email, workplace, full name, their children's school, or photos of people who haven't agreed to be posted, including partners, family and other members' children. Don't screenshot other members' posts to share elsewhere. Anything a member tells you in a message stays in that message. Sharing your own contact details for a meetup is your choice; do it carefully.
No scams, spam or unapproved selling
No advertising, affiliate links, multi-level marketing, repeated promotion, fundraising for personal causes, or requests for money, and no soliciting members for services, dating or research without our permission. Providers and organizations can use the organizations page.
Be yourself
Don't pretend to be another person, a clinician, or a member of the Postpartum+ team. The team is always labeled as such.
Share medical experiences responsibly
"This medication worked for me" and "My therapist suggestedβ¦" are welcome, and so are questions. Telling people to stop, start or change a treatment, advice that could put a baby at risk, or presenting something as a cure is not. Nobody here can diagnose anyone. If you are a clinician, you are welcome as a member, but please don't give individual clinical advice. Posts that share health information may carry a short note reminding readers to check with their own provider; that note is not a judgment of the person who wrote it.
Respect copyright
Share things you have the right to share: your own words and photos, short quotes with credit, links. If you own something posted here without permission, see copyright.
Never share intimate images without consent
Never post, share or threaten to share an intimate image of someone without their consent. If an image of you was shared, tell us here, with or without an account: we hide it straight away and complete valid requests within 48 hours.
No gratuitous graphic violence
Birth and recovery can be described honestly. Gore and graphic violence shared for its own sake cannot.
Use Postpartum+ honestly
No fake or automated accounts, no coming back after a ban, no organized pile-ons, and no false or retaliatory reports.
How moderation works
Reporting. Every post, reply, comment, message, profile, event and circle has a Report option. Reports are private: the person you report is never told who reported them. More reports make us look sooner, but reports never decide anything by themselves: a person looks at the content itself.
Automated screening. New content is screened automatically, including by an AI model, for things like threats, exposed private information, scams and exploitation. It can let a post through, add a note, or pause it until a person looks. It never removes anyone's account, never decides a violation on its own, and never contacts anyone outside Postpartum+. When it pauses something, you'll be told it's being reviewed.
What we do. Depending on what we find, we may do nothing, add a note, limit where a post appears, lock replies, hide or remove it, and for the person who posted it, send a reminder or a warning, pause posting or messaging for a while, suspend the account, or, for serious or repeated breaches, remove the account from the community. Small, old slips stop counting after a while; serious harm can skip straight to stronger steps.
What you'll be told. If we act on something you posted, you'll see what happened, which guideline it was about, whether your account is affected and whether you can ask for a review, in your Safety center. We won't share who reported it, how we detect abuse, or anything that could put someone else at risk.
Appeals. You can ask for a review of most decisions within 30 days from your Safety center. Someone who wasn't involved in the first decision looks again, and if we got it wrong, we put things back.
Records. Every decision is recorded, so decisions can be checked and appealed. Bans need a second member of the team to confirm.
Content from the Postpartum+ team
Posts, guides and events written by the team are labeled as such. We never create fake members or testimonials, and we never present our own content as a member's experience. The Community Bot is labeled too: it welcomes people, answers questions about these guidelines, and privately shares support resources. It never says anything about any member in public.

Help write the guide you wish you'd had
