Your people want to help. Give them a list.
One link. Dinners, night shifts, errands and visits that your people sign up for with just their name. No app, no account for them.
Free for every family. Takes two minutes. Private until you share it.
An example. Tap "I'll take this" to see what your people would see.
Three good first steps
Three steps, then dinner shows up.
- Tap what would help. Dinners, night shifts, errands, a sitter. We fill in the usual; you change anything.
- Send one link. The group chat, the grandparents, the shower invitation, a card on the table.
- They claim, you rest. A first name is all it takes. No account, no app. You see who's coming and when.
Conversations happening now
Real members, real questions. Peer support is not medical advice, and it still helps.
Get out of the house. No pressure.
Coffee meetups, stroller walks, virtual support groups and nights for dads and partners. Plans that understand naps happen.
Mothers deserve more attention after birth, not less.
Postpartum+ grew out of a family learning the care system in real time, at the moment they had the least capacity to. We are building the calm, honest guide we wish had existed, for moms, dads and partners, solo parents and everyone who loves them.
Honest conversations, no judgment
Ask the 3 a.m. question. Share the win. Find people in the same stage. Peer support is not medical advice, and it still makes a difference.
Find postpartum care near you
Search real provider directories for therapists, psychiatry, treatment programs, lactation support, pelvic floor therapy, doulas and childcare. We explain the options; you and your providers decide.
What outpatient, IOP, PHP, residential and inpatient actually mean
Levels of care describe how much structure and support a program provides. They are not a grade of how "bad" things are, and people do not always move through them in order. A clinical team recommends the right level; this page helps you understand the words.
Compare options side by side
Keep the details that change family life in one private place: level of care, schedule, insurance, family involvement and childcare.
Help should not stop at "your insurance denied it."
The Family Assistance Fund is being built to help families overcome practical barriers to care: treatment costs, childcare, transportation and other verified needs, through a transparent application and review process.
Plain-language guides and trusted help
Short, honest guides for every part of postpartum, plus the organizations we trust. Written by the Postpartum+ team, checked against public guidance from organizations such as ACOG, AAP, NIMH and PSI, and never a substitute for your own care team.
You can love your baby and still find this hard.
Your body is healing, your sleep is gone and your mood has a mind of its own. Here is what's common, what helps, and when to call someone, in plain words. Other moms who get it, and a plan so the people around you actually help.

Supporting someone you love can be hard too.
You can care deeply about your partner and still feel lost, scared or exhausted. These guides are practical, specific and written for you. Nothing here requires you to become the clinician.

You want to help. Here's how to actually help.
Grandparents, siblings, friends, neighbors and chosen family make an enormous difference after a birth, when the help is the right kind. These guides are short, specific and honest about what makes things harder.

Decide who does what at home, before everyone is exhausted.
Ten minutes, together: nights, food, visitors, the warning signs you'll all watch for, and the numbers to have ready. It saves as you type. Print it, or share it by link.
Let your people help.
One place for the help around you: the dinners, nights and errands people sign up for with just a name, who's bringing what and when, and the plan at home for nights, visitors and the numbers to have ready.
How strong is your village?
Eight honest questions about the weeks after the baby, sixty seconds, a score out of eight, and the gaps to close this week. Take it before the birth if you can.
Postpartum+ is free. All of it.
There is no paid membership. Every tool that keeps a family organized comes with a free account, for you and everyone helping you.
No parent should navigate postpartum alone.
Postpartum+ was created from a simple belief: no parent should have to navigate the postpartum period feeling alone, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn.
Trust has to be designed into the product.
Postpartum+ touches mental health and family life. These are the commitments we build against.
How we write our guides.
Who writes the Postpartum+ guides, what they are checked against, how AI is used, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Be useful to families, not intrusive.
Treatment programs, therapists, doulas and local family businesses can ask about clearly labeled listings, events and sponsorships. Payment never changes organic search results.

No account needed. We hide it as soon as your request arrives, and complete valid requests within 48 hours.

Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using Postpartum+. Please read them; they explain what Postpartum+ is and is not.
Version of September 30, 2026, last updated October 3, 2026. Questions? Contact us.
Changed October 3, 2026. Section 7 now sets out the rules for family reviews of providers, and says that the insurance someone used is not a promise that a provider takes your plan. Nothing else changed, and you don't need to agree again.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Postpartum+ ("Postpartum+", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using postpartumplus.com or the Postpartum+ app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You can reach us through the contact page. The Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain what we do with your information.
2. What Postpartum+ is, and is not
Postpartum+ is an educational and peer-support platform. It helps families understand postpartum care options, find providers listed in public directories, connect with other parents, and organize practical support.
Postpartum+ is not a healthcare provider. Nothing on the site is medical, psychological or legal advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Content written by other members reflects their personal experience only. Always consult a licensed professional about your own situation, and do not delay seeking care because of something you read here.
Postpartum+ is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in danger, call 911. For emotional crisis, call or text 988 in the United States.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we ask you to confirm it when you sign up. We may also ask for your date of birth before you post; we keep only whether you meet the minimum, never the date. The service is designed for people in the United States; provider search, crisis numbers and these terms are U.S.-specific.
4. Your account
- When you create an account, you tick a box to confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. We keep a record of which version of these terms you agreed to and when.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
- Give accurate information. You may use a nickname as your display name, and you may post anonymously.
- One person per account. Do not impersonate anyone.
- You can delete your posts, edit your profile, download your data and delete your account at any time from your You page, which your picture at the top opens (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Community and your content
Discussions are for members, not private. Discussion posts and replies can be read by every signed-in member, and anyone can make a free account. People who are signed out can't read them, and we ask search engines not to list them. The one exception is yours to choose: if you tick "Let visitors see the title and first line" on a post, its title, first line, topic and reply count are shown to visitors on the Community and home pages, without your name or icon, and without the replies; untick it by deleting the post. Posting anonymously hides your name and icon; it does not hide what you write. Moments and their comments are seen only by the members of the circle you share them in.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Postpartum+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute your content on the service, to the audience you chose, for as long as it stays on the service. We do not sell your content and we do not use it in advertising.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, including other people's private information or photos of people who have not agreed. Follow the Community Guidelines.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that we reasonably believe put someone at risk. We tell you what happened, which guideline it was about, whether your account is affected and how to appeal, unless telling you would put someone at risk or the law does not allow it. We never tell anyone who reported them.
People review reports and make every decision to remove content or restrict an account. We also use automated screening, including an AI model, to spot content that may break the guidelines; it can pause a post until a person reviews it, but it never bans, suspends or reports anyone. See how moderation works.
To ask us to remove an intimate image shared without consent, use this form (no account needed). Copyright notices go through the copyright page. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Content written by AI
When you are signed in and ask the Navigator for a tailored plan, some parts of it may be written by an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic): a short summary, up to three practical next steps, and questions to talk through with a dad or partner, family, childcare or an insurance plan's admin team. Each of those parts is labeled as written by AI. The steps about care, the questions for your clinician and the safety note are never written by AI; they come from fixed text we wrote. The Navigator never diagnoses and never suggests a treatment or a level of care: your own clinicians decide.
AI-written text can be wrong, out of date or not right for you. It is not medical advice, and it is not reviewed by a person before you see it. Use your own judgment and check anything important with a professional. If the tailored plan is not available, you get the plan built from our rules only.
7. Provider search and sponsored listings
Find Care shows results from public directories such as the U.S. CMS NPI Registry and OpenStreetMap. A listing means only that a provider appears in a public directory. It does not mean Postpartum+ has verified, endorsed or vetted them, that they have perinatal expertise, or that they are accepting patients. Confirm credentials, services, insurance and availability directly. Insurance information comes from CMS's Medicare data and from what families report; it is not a promise that a provider is in your plan's network today.
Family reviews. Review a provider only from your own experience as a patient, or as the parent or partner who went with one. Do not review a provider you work for, own, are related to, or compete with, and do not accept anything in return for a review. Postpartum+ never pays or rewards anyone for reviews. Providers and sponsors cannot pay to add, change, hide, remove or reorder reviews. We remove a review only when it breaks these terms, the Community Guidelines or the law, never because it is negative. A provider who believes a review is false can report it from the review or through the contact page (topic "Concern about content or a member"). Reviews are the opinions of the members who wrote them, not of Postpartum+.
Sponsored listings and events are always labeled. Paid event listings are pinned at the top of the events list, marked Sponsored; every other event follows in date order. Sponsored listings are approved by a person before they appear. Postpartum+ does not verify credentials or endorse sponsors. Payment never changes organic search results, the order of unpaid events, community ranking, or Family Assistance Fund decisions.
Links to other websites and organizations are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. No paid features
Postpartum+ is free for families. Guides, the community, Find Care, the Navigator, Village, the Family Support Plan, the shared support space, print kits and the crisis pathway need at most a free account, and we do not sell memberships, subscriptions or gifts to members.
If we ever offer something paid, we will update these terms and ask you to accept them before anything changes, and nothing you already use will be moved behind a payment without notice.
9. Family Assistance Fund
Applications to the Family Assistance Fund are reviewed by people using four criteria: the financial barrier, the impact on access to care, time sensitivity, and other resources available. The criteria are published on the Family Assistance Fund page. Applying does not guarantee help. We may ask you to verify details before approving anything.
The Fund is not taking donations yet. Until its charitable, accounting and payment structure is in place, no contribution is solicited or represented as tax-deductible, and any public totals reflect only completed, recorded transactions.
10. Village helpers
You do not need an account to help a family through their village page. If you claim a slot, these terms and the Privacy Policy apply to that use, and by claiming you agree to them. Your first name shows on the page to anyone with its link. The contact details you leave go to the family only. Please only claim what you mean to do, and tell the family if plans change.
11. Events and meetups
Some events are hosted by Postpartum+. Others are meetups proposed by members. Postpartum+ does not vet the people who propose or attend peer meetups, and we do not check venues. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use your judgment. Leave if something feels wrong.
Going to any event, hosted or peer, is your choice and at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Postpartum+ is not responsible for what happens at an event or for the conduct of anyone you meet through the service.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use Postpartum+ to harass, threaten or exploit anyone; to give dangerous medical or medication instructions; to promote self-harm or disordered eating; to solicit members commercially or romantically; to scrape or copy member content; to interfere with the service or its security; or to break the law.
13. Copyright complaints
We respect copyright and expect members to do the same. If you believe something on Postpartum+ infringes your copyright, send a notice through the copyright page or through the contact page (topic "Copyright complaint"). Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Β§512(c)(3)), a notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed (or a list, if several);
- the material you believe infringes, and enough detail for us to find it, such as its link;
- your name, postal address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notice. If we remove something you posted and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice the same way. It must include your physical or electronic signature; the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and phone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice. We send the counter-notice to that person and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. We end the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
Sending a false notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
14. Ideas and feedback
We are glad to hear what would help. If you send ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use them to improve Postpartum+ without owing you anything. This covers the ideas, not your personal information, which the Privacy Policy covers.
15. Writing for Postpartum+
If you write a guide or article through Write for Postpartum+:
- License. You keep copyright. You give Postpartum+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, format, publish and distribute your piece on the website and in the app, including in print kits, and to quote it when telling people about Postpartum+, for as long as it is published. You can ask us to take it down, and we will do so within a reasonable time.
- Your own work. What you send is original, or you have the right to use every part of it, including images and quotes.
- Accurate credentials. Any training, license or role you describe is true and current. We may check.
- No patient information. Do not include anything that could identify a patient, client or anyone else who has not agreed, even with the name changed.
- Editing. We edit for clarity, length, safety and style, and check anything medical. You see the final version before it is published. We may decline or unpublish a piece.
16. Disclaimers
Postpartum+ is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate, safe and online, but we cannot promise that content is complete or error-free, that provider information is current, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postpartum+ and the people who build it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
18. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Postpartum+ because of content you posted or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows. We will tell you about the claim promptly.
19. Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first through the contact page, and tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We will both try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days before either of us starts a court case.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any case that is not resolved informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and we both agree to those courts' jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. We will post the new version here with its date and tell members on the site before it takes effect. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new terms before you keep using your account. Other changes apply when you keep using Postpartum+ after they take effect.
21. Ending your account
You can stop using Postpartum+ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should last, such as copyright, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and disputes, continue after an account ends.
22. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines, are the whole agreement between you and us about Postpartum+.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Postpartum+, and we will tell you if that happens.
